Hi! I'm Ines. I conduct user research with precision to inform products that people can use with ease.

My approach to research is guided by a few key principles that serve as a compass for my practice: intention and accuracy are non-negotiable; to understand the user is to understand their context; tools bring efficiency, but critical thinking ensures rigor; Bite-sized research summaries are information radiators; Simple but accurate experiments move research forward; good research leads to good products.

ABOUT

ABOUT

I was born the same year as the World Wide Web, 1989, so digital technology and I grew up together. With 5+ years of research experience and a Master's degree in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction, I've developed a habit of asking questions. Why? To help companies truly understand what users need, so they can build from there.

Here's my approach: I start by selecting the most appropriate research method based on the research purpose, constraints, and the specific questions we're trying to answer. Throughout my work, I prioritize ethical research practices to protect participants' data while collaborating closely with teams across the company.

Whether I'm working with CEOs, designers, or developers, my goal is to ensure user insights actively inform design decisions. You'll find insights woven into Figma comments, Slack messages, and Loom videos, not just locked away in a PDF. I believe research should live where the work happens.

I’ve worked with design studios, cultural institutions, and established organizations in finance, distribution, and procurement, focusing on websites and digital products.
